Information not collected by us [Ajack - Attendance Manager]

• Attendance Data

  The app allows you to create and manage attendance records for your personal use. All attendance data you enter is stored locally on your device.

  This data is not sent to us, and we do not collect, view, store, or process any attendance information on our servers. You remain in full control of your data at all times.

  The app offers features such as backup, export, or import to help you save or transfer your data. These options are entirely user-initiated, and any data shared or stored through these features remains under your control.

• Automatic Backup & Restore via Google Drive

  Ajack - Attendance Manager provides an optional "Automatic Google Drive Backup and Restore" feature that allows you to back up and restore your attendance data, including subjects and related app settings, using your own Google Drive account. This feature allows you to restore your data when needed, such as when switching devices, reinstalling the app, or recovering data after losing local app data.

  You can choose a Google account to use for backups, configure automatic backups in the app settings to run daily or weekly, or turn automatic backups off. You can also create a backup manually at any time using the "Backup Now" button. Automatic backups follow your selected setting.

  When you enable this feature, the app uses the Google Drive API with the "https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file" permission to create a dedicated folder named "Ajack auto backup" in your Google Drive for storing backup files. The app can access its own backup files but cannot access unrelated files, photos, or folders in your Google Drive.

  Backup files are stored in your Google Drive account. The data contained in these backups is used only for backup and restore purposes and is not transmitted to us or stored on our servers. We do not sell or share data accessed through the Google Drive API with third parties for advertising or unrelated purposes.

  You can revoke Ajack - Attendance Manager's access to your Google Drive at any time by visiting your Google Account Connections page: https://myaccount.google.com/connections
  Revoking access does not automatically delete existing backup files.

• In-App Purchases & Purchase Tokens

  When you make an in-app purchase through Google Play, Google Play generates a purchase token for the transaction. The app reads your Google Play purchase token locally on your device to verify your access to paid features.

  This token is not sent to our servers, not stored by us, and is used only on your device to confirm whether your purchase is active.

  We do not receive or store your payment card details or other sensitive billing information.

Contact Form

The app has a contact form that opens your device’s email client. Your email address is used only to respond to your message and is not stored in our database.

Cookies

The website associated with this app uses cookies to support site functionality. These cookies are set by the website when viewed in your device’s browser or in-app WebViews. The app itself does not set cookies. You can manage or disable cookies via your browser or device settings. The app does not access or control cookies set by the website.
